However, we do understand that sometimes things happen. We offer a 30-day guarantee on all our plants. If a plant dies, please snap a picture of the plant and email it to [email protected] within the 30-day period. We will email you a credit voucher equal to the amount paid. You can use the voucher for another of the same plant or select a different plant altogether. The voucher is good for 1 year.
